This article describes how to connect your LinkedIn to Heatseeker, so that you can run experiments in a trusted way.

This article describes how customers on our Enterprise Plan can enable experiments on LinkedIn from Heatseeker. This setup leverages LinkedIn's trusted partner integration and enables billing through the Heatseeker platform.

Prerequisites

  • Your company needs to have a LinkedIn page (for the product brands that you want to experiment with on Heatseeker) and a LinkedIn Business Manager Account.

  • This setup needs to be performed by staff with admin access to your LinkedIn Business Manager.

  • And you will need Heatseeker's Business Manager ID: 7234063642365714433

Step 1 – Add Heatseeker as a Partner

To set up Heatseeker as a partner in Business Manager:

  1. Sign in to LinkedIn Business Manager.

  2. Click Partners in the left menu.

  3. Enter Heatseeker’s Business Manager ID (7234063642365714433) in the designated field in the upper-right corner.

  4. Click Add Partner.

Once added, Heatseeker’s Business Manager will appear on your Partners page, and your Business Manager will appear on Heatseeker’s Partners page.

Step 2 – Share Pages with Heatseeker

To allow Heatseeker to run experiments with your brand logo, you need to share the relevant page(s):

  1. Sign in to LinkedIn Business Manager.

  2. Click Partners in the left menu.

  3. Select Heatseeker from the partner list.

  4. Click Share Pages on the right side of the page.

  5. Use the checkboxes to select the Pages to share.

  6. Click Assign Roles in the upper-right corner.

  7. In the pop-up window, enable the following roles:

    • Content Admin – Allows Heatseeker to manage content.

    • Sponsored Content Poster – Required for running ads.

    • Lead Gen Forms Manager – Form lead-gen forms.

  8. Click Share.
