Connect Meta to Heatseeker

To run experiments through Heatseeker, you’ll need to connect your Meta environment.

Choosing your Workspace Admin

To set up the Meta integration, your team needs to appoint a Workspace Admin for the Heatseeker platform. This should be someone from your company, ideally with existing access to your team’s Meta accounts.

Your Workspace Admin will:

  • Set up and manage your team’s Meta integration

  • Decide which assets are connected and shared with Heatseeker

  • Manage who’s invited to your workspace

Base, Pro, Scale, and Enterprise Plans

These steps are all performed in your organization's Meta Business Suite. If you don't yet have the right access the Meta Business Suite, ask a team member with admin access to help with the setup.

Step 1: Share your Brand Pages with Heatseeker

For any brands you want to run experiments under, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings in Meta Business Suite

  2. Under Users, select Partners

  3. Click Add, then choose Give a partner access to your assets

  4. Enter Heatseeker’s Business ID: 650946533864658 and click Next

  • Assign the relevant Facebook or Instagram Pages

  • Select the following permissions: Ads, Insights, Leads

Ensure the workspace admin also has these permissions in your Meta Business Suite.

Step 2: Share your Ad Accounts and set up permissions

For media-exclusive plans and for synthetic audience training, follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings → Ad Accounts → Partners

  • Share your own Ad Accounts via partner setup

  • Use Business ID: 650946533864658

Select the following permissions:

  • Manage campaigns (not needed for just the synthetics training)

  • View performance

Ensure the workspace admin also has these permissions in your Meta Business Suite.

Self-Serve Ad Accounts

You’re using your own Meta Ad Account and Pages. No partner setup required.

Connect Meta in Heatseeker

  • Log into Heatseeker

  • Go to Settings → Integrations

  • Click + Add Meta

  • Follow the prompts

You’re all set. Run experiments directly through your Meta setup, under your own brand pages and ad account.
